Target: a communion between employees and consultants to start the year well

Target respected its custom: Thursday, January 30, the research firm organized a ceremony to exchange wishes with its personnel and the consultants. In a peaceful setting, Serge Mumbu, Target's General Manager, placed 2020 under the sign of innovation and continuous training of the company's human resources.
In 2019, Target won "more business" and offered "more services" compared to 2018. Not only did Target see its business volume growth, but it also discovered new talent among the recruited professional interns. The firm has also been rigorous with its employees to meet the expectations of its clients, who are demanding quality work in increasingly shorter time frames. Three consultants guilty of blatant misconduct were dismissed for misappropriation, dishonesty, and levity in their work. The company does not tolerate such deviations.
The number one Target placed in 2020 under the sign of innovation remained open to all the proposals leading to the company's promotion. He counts on the personnel's training to achieve the company's objectives. "We are going to invest a lot in the personnel training so that they are dynamic and respond to the new challenges. Market research evolves considerably because new themes, methodologies, and software appear. As a firm, we have to adapt. We have enrolled some of our employees in Georgia University in the United States, one of the leading academic institutions in training market research firms," explains the man who makes client satisfaction and employee expertise his primary concern.
The best rewarded
Target has made it a practice to award its top employees and consultants of the year, recognition and motivation to all those who have distinguished themselves in their work over the past year. After each list was unveiled, time was given to the assembly to place a word on each person selected. The attentive candidates listened to the praises of their colleagues even though the jury already did the voting. The award for best employee of 2019 was given to Martial Buduile, adored by his peers for his dynamism and determination to get a job well done. "I have the feeling of satisfaction and motivation, and it will be interesting if I win it again another time. For that, we should redouble our efforts to be better when we know the quality of the other colleagues with whom we work", he said.
Other prizes were also awarded to Benjamin Munyamali of Goma, the best investigator in the province, and Christelle Lieka, the best investigator in Kinshasa. Laurette Takita won the prize for best supervisor of 2019, while Arthur Sidi won the best Field Manager from Kisangani. Another woman is honored during this ceremony. It is Yvesse Makaba who was named the best IT consultant of Target for the year 2019.
Parity respected, three women and three men, the winners all received a certificate, gifts and a sum of money to encourage them.
