Best Target employees and associates of 2020
At the beginning of each year, the market research firm Target honors its employees and freelancers who have distinguished themselves in the past year with a ceremony. Due to the health crisis related to the Covid-19 pandemic, this event will not take place. However, the firm has partially respected the tradition by nominating its best employees.
In the category of permanent staff are Benjamin Mukini, Saleh Sikofu, and Carine Kabundi.
Benjamin was recognized in 2020 for his very objective side and high sense of responsibility. He listens to others, his enthusiasm at work, his integrity, his calmness, and his concentration in his work make him an excellent collaborator for his colleagues.
He is conscientious and knows how to coordinate the work even in the absence of Blaise Pezo, his supervisor. His other qualities are highly appreciated within the team: good role model, excellent collaboration with other departments, good communication, dynamism, helpfulness, always availability, and competence.

The company wants to point out that all the other employees have not failed. But when it comes to the best, choices must necessarily be made.
