Target wants to expand its base of interviewers and supervisors in the cities of Kimpense, Matadi, Boma, Mbanza Ngungu, Moanda, Bandundu ville, Kikwit, Kenge, Massima-nimba, Idiofa, Kisangani, Mbandaka, Gemena, Gbadolite, Kindu, Mahagi, Bunia, Isiro, Akula, Zongo, Lubumbashi, Kananga, Mbuji-Mayi, Ilebo, Mweneditu, Mai-Ndombe, Tshikapa.
Interested candidates must be between 20 and 30 years old for investigators and between 25 and 40 years old for supervisors. The candidate must be comfortable with computers and smartphones. Beyond these criteria, he/she must have a university degree, be fluent in French and at least one national language, and English would be a good asset.
Since the work is in the field, the ideal candidate must have the facility to make contacts, a good knowledge of the city in which he/she is applying, good dynamism, and the ability to work under pressure and in a team. This job will require a great sense of responsibility, punctuality, seriousness, and intelligence from the candidate.
